Spanish Rice

Recipe Ingredients

2 tablespoons	30ml	Peanut oil
1		Onion diced
		Heat in paella pan until onion clear.
		Add
1		Yellow - (saffron) rice
1 tablespoon	15ml	Cilantro
1 1/2 teaspoons	7.5ml	Oregano
1		Size diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon	15ml	Butter
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Garlic

Recipe Instructions

Cover and bake 365F 25-35 min stirring once halfway through. Add bit of water if necessary.
