Spanish Garlic Soup (Sopa De Ajo Caldosa) Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Olive oil |
6 | Garlic cloves | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Spanish ground red pepper |
6 teaspoons | 30ml | Eggs (large) |
8 teaspoons | 40ml | Breads cubed (small) |
4 cups | 948ml | Water |
Salt |
Fry the garlic in the oil until it is golden brown. Put the bread with the garlic and fry until it is crispy. Put the red pepper and cover with the water. Put the salt in. Let it boil for 10 minutes. Beat the eggs and put them in the boiling soup. Mix well and serve hot.
