| Cut into 1/2" thick slices | ||
| Chutney and Cheese Spread | ||
| 8 oz | 227g | Cream cheese - cut into chunks |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Shredded sharp cheddar - (abt 3 oz) |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Mango chutney |
| 2 oz | 56g | Macadamia nuts - (a handful) |
| Garnish | ||
| 1 | Crystallized ginger - shaved or grated |
Pulse ingredients for the cheese spread in food processor until mixture is combined. Transfer spread to a small serving dish and garnish with shaved crystallized ginger. Serve with the date nut bread.
