Round, lengthwise if loaf, then | ||
Cut into 1/2" thick slices | ||
Chutney and Cheese Spread | ||
8 oz | 227g | Cream cheese - cut into chunks |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Shredded sharp cheddar - (abt 3 oz) |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Mango chutney |
2 oz | 56g | Macadamia nuts - (a handful) |
Garnish | ||
1 | Crystallized ginger - shaved or grated |
Pulse ingredients for the cheese spread in food processor until mixture is combined. Transfer spread to a small serving dish and garnish with shaved crystallized ginger. Serve with the date nut bread.
