Smoked Pheasant - 2 Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Ziploc bag | |
2 | Cleaned pheasant | |
1 | Italian dressing | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Brown sugar |
Add all ingredients in Ziploc bag and let marinate for a day or two. Three days would not hurt.
Place on smoker until done.
