Smoked Pheasant - 2

Recipe Ingredients

1   Ziploc bag
2   Cleaned pheasant
1   Italian dressing
1/4 cup 59mlWorcestershire sauce
1/2 cup 80g / 2.8ozBrown sugar

Recipe Instructions

Add all ingredients in Ziploc bag and let marinate for a day or two. Three days would not hurt.

Place on smoker until done.
