Smoked Mullet Chowder Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Smoked mullet or other smoked fish |
| 1 | Frozen condensed creme of potato soup - (10-1/4 oz.) | |
| 3 cups | 711ml | Milk |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Grated onion |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Bay leaf (small) |
| 1 | Pepper | |
| 1 | Whole kernel corn - (8oz.) | |
| Chopped parsley |
Remove skin and bones from fish. Flake. Combine soup, milk, onion, bay leaf and pepper; heat until soup is thawed, stirring occasionally. Add corn and fish, heat. Remove bay leaf. Garnish with parsley.
