Smoked Mullet Chowder

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozSmoked mullet or other smoked fish
1   Frozen condensed creme of potato soup - (10-1/4 oz.)
3 cups 711mlMilk
1 tablespoon 15mlGrated onion
1 tablespoon 15mlBay leaf (small)
1   Pepper
1   Whole kernel corn - (8oz.)
  Chopped parsley

Recipe Instructions

Remove skin and bones from fish. Flake. Combine soup, milk, onion, bay leaf and pepper; heat until soup is thawed, stirring occasionally. Add corn and fish, heat. Remove bay leaf. Garnish with parsley.
