1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Butter |
2 | Garlic cloves - minced | |
12 oz | 340g | Beer |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Salt |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Pepper |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | MSG |
In a sauce pan, melt butte and saute garlic until translucent. Add beer slowly and mix in salt, pepper and MSG.
Pour hot marinade over chicken and marinate at room temperature for at least 1 hour. Use to baste barbecuing chicken as well.
