Salmon Marinade with Ginger Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 59ml | Soy sauce - (reduced sodium) |
1/4 cup | 59ml | White wine |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Water |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Ginger root - grated |
Whisk well to dissolve sugar. Pour marinade over salmon in a glass casserole dish and fridge it for 45 minutes.
Smoke at 225 for 3/4 to 1 hour.
