Rock's Raspberry Rib Glaze Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Red or black raspberry preserves or jam - seedless |
** DO NOT USE JELLY ** | ||
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Red raspberry vinegar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lemon zest |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dijon mustard |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground mace |
Scoop the raspberry preserves into a small stainless steel or flame proof ceramic saucepan and blend in the vinegar, lemon juice and zest, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and mace. Heat to boiling, the simmer gently for 5 minutes. Serve hot or cold. Makes about 2 cups.
