Robert's Barbecue Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Ketchup |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Oil |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Vinegar |
1/4 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Brown sugar |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Molasses |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Lemon juice |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Worcestershire sauce |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chili powder |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ginger |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dry mustard |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried onion flakes |
1 | Salt and pepper |
Add all ingredients and heat until brown sugar dissolves. We have served this BBQ sauce for years and everyone loves it!!
