Red Chinese Rib BBQ Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Ketchup |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Concentrated orange juice |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Hoisin sauce |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Fresh ginger root - minced |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Soy sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Rice wine |
Mix all the ingredients and marinate 2 lbs. of baby back ribs in the mixture for at least 2 hours. Bake at 375F for 20 min. Turn and brush with sauce and bake for 25 more minutes.
