Raspberry -- Rhubarb Vinaigrette

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup	118ml	Raspberry balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup	118ml	Rhubarb wine
1/2 cup	118ml	Salad oil
2 tablespoons	30ml	Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon	15ml	Lime juice
1/8 teaspoon	0.6ml	Salt
1/8 teaspoon	0.6ml	White pepper

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients in either a blender, or a sealable jar, and blend.

Best if chilled before using.
