Raspberry -- Rhubarb Vinaigrette Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Raspberry balsamic vinegar |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Rhubarb wine |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Salad oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lime juice |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Salt |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | White pepper |
Combine all ingredients in either a blender, or a sealable jar, and blend.
Best if chilled before using.
