Purple Smoke Cole Slaw Recipe - Cooking Index
3/4 cup | 177ml | Mayonnaise |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Sugar |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | White wine vinegar |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Oil |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Garlic powder |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Onion powder |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Dry mustard |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Celery salt |
1 | Black pepper | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Half and half |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Head cabbage - finely shredded (large) |
Blend together mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar and oil. Add garlic and onion powders, mustard, celery salt, pepper, lemon juice, half and half and salt. Stir until smooth. Pour over cabbage in large bowl. Toss until cabbage is well coated.
