Purely Pork Rub Recipe - Cooking Index
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Salt |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Brown sugar - packed |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | White sugar |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Paprika |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Pepper |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cumin |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Onion powder |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cayenne |
Combine ingredients in an airtight container or freezer bag. Shake and toss to mix.
