Purely Pork Rub

Recipe Ingredients

2 tablespoons	30ml	Salt
2 tablespoons	30ml	Brown sugar - packed
2 tablespoons	30ml	White sugar
2 teaspoons	10ml	Paprika
2 teaspoons	10ml	Pepper
1 teaspoon	5ml	Cumin
1 teaspoon	5ml	Onion powder
1 teaspoon	5ml	Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Cayenne

Recipe Instructions

Combine ingredients in an airtight container or freezer bag. Shake and toss to mix.
