Poultry Perfect Rub

Recipe Ingredients

3/4 cup	177ml	Hungarian paprika
1/4 cup	59ml	Black pepper - freshly ground
1/4 cup	27g / 1oz	Celery salt
1/4 cup	49g / 1.7oz	Sugar
2 tablespoons	30ml	Onion powder
2 tablespoons	30ml	Dry mustard
2 teaspoons	10ml	Cayenne
2 tablespoons	30ml	Zest from 3 to 4 lemons, dried and minced
