Potato Pork Sausage Recipe - Cooking Index
5 lbs | 2270g / 80oz | Ground pork shoulder |
5 lbs | 2270g / 80oz | Ground raw potatoes |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Salt |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Garlic salt |
5 lbs | 2270g / 80oz | Ground round |
3 lbs | 1362g / 48oz | Onions - ground or fine chop (large) |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Black pepper |
Combine ingredients and mix well. Stuff in casings. Makes about 17 lb.
Freeze in 1 or 2 lb. pkgs.
