Pork Rub - Wayne's

Recipe Ingredients

2 tablespoons	30ml	Salt
2 tablespoons	30ml	Brown sugar
2 tablespoons	30ml	White sugar
2 teaspoons	10ml	Paprika
2 teaspoons	10ml	Black pepper
1 teaspoon	5ml	Ground cumin
1 teaspoon	5ml	Onion powder
1 teaspoon	5ml	Garlic powder
1 teaspoon	5ml	MSG
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Cayenne (use more for a little more zing)

Recipe Instructions

Mix ingredients and store in an air-tight container..
