| 8 | Dry chile peppers | |
| 2 | Bay leaves | |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Tomato paste |
| 48 oz | 1363g | Tomatoes |
| 4 cups | 948ml | White vinegar |
| 4 cups | 948ml | Water |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Salt |
1. Cook honey-chili 30 min. Add tomatoes, cook 15 min. Add rest, simmer 2-4 min.
