1/2 | Butter | |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Onion - minced |
1 1/4 cups | 296ml | Cider vinegar |
1 1/4 cups | 296ml | Ketchup |
3/4 tablespoon | 11ml | Brown sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Cayenne |
Salt and pepper |
Saute onion in butter. Add rest and simmer 30 min. Use on pork smoked with vinegar based mop.
