Pickled Bologna Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | White vinegar |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Water |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | White sugar |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Salt |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Mixed pickling spices |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Onion - sliced (medium) |
1 | Bologna - cut into 2-3 inch pieces |
Mix together first 5 ingredients and boil for 8 minutes; cool. Put bologna and onions in large glass jar. Pour vinegar mixture over bologna. Refrigerate overnight before serving. Store in refrigerator.
