Pepper And Herb Marinade Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Lemon juice |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Vegetable oil |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Instant minced onion |
1 | Clove garlic - finely minced | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Tabasco sauce |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Chicken or beef bouillon |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried thyme |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Oregano dried |
In a shallow dish or plastic bag, combine ingredients. Add chicken, beef or pork. Cover. Marinate in refrigerator 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Remove meat from marinade. Grill or barbeque as desired, basting with marinade.
