North Carolina Thin Red Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 cups	355ml	Vinegar
10 tablespoons	150ml	Ketchup
1/2 cup	118ml	Water
1 tablespoon	15ml	Sugar
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Cayenne pepper
1		Red pepper
		Salt and black pepper to taste
