North Carolina Pork Producers Cole Slaw Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Cabbage heads - chopped (medium) |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Minced green onion |
2 cups | 474ml | Mayonnaise |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Sugar |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Vinegar |
1 3/4 tablespoons | 26ml | Celery seed |
1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Salt |
In a large bowl, combine the cabbage and green onion. In a small bowl, blend the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, celery seed, and salt. Mix well.
Drizzle the mayonnaise mixture over the cabbage mixture and toss lightly to mix well.
Refrigerate until serving.
