1/4 cup	40g / 1.4oz	Brown sugar
3 tablespoons	45ml	Salt
1 tablespoon	15ml	Red pepper flake
1 1/2 teaspoons	7.5ml	Cayenne
1 teaspoon	5ml	Pepper
