Mustard Vinegar Based Mop/Dipping Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | Apple cider vinegar |
1 cup | 237ml | Yellow mustard |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Black pepper - fine ground, light |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Brown sugar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cayenne pepper |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Tabasco sauce |
Mix and use as a mop or as finishing sauce. Use on pork and hams Author noted sauce gets better with age.
