Mel's Moppin' Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Cider vinegar |
5 tablespoons | 75ml | Worcestershire Sauce |
2/3 cup | 157ml | Vegetable oil |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Butter |
1 | Lemon, thinly sliced - with peel on | |
3 | Cloves garlic - minced | |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Ginger - grated |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dry mustard |
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat until flavors are nicely blended, about 15 minutes. After it cools, strain the lemon slices out.
