Maple BBQ Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 328g / 11oz | Maple syrup |
1 cup | 237ml | Ketchup |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onions, finely chopped |
1/4 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Light brown sugar, firmly packed |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Apple cider vinegar |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Water |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Worcestershire sauce |
4 | Galic - pressed | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Hot sauce |
Bring ingredients to a boil in a saucepan, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes.
