Mango Salsa Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Ripe mangos - peeled and chopped | |
1 | Red onion - chopped (medium) | |
1/4 cup | 4g / 0.1oz | Fresh cilantro leaves |
2 | Fresh jalapenos - chopped, up to 3 | |
1 | Lime - Juice of | |
Grated rind of that lime | ||
1 | Salt |
Mix it all and let chill for at least one hour. Really delicious as an after- Q nibble... hits the palette spot refreshingly.
