Mama Llena O Pudin De Pan

Recipe Ingredients

3 cups	711ml	Bread moistened in milk - broken up and drained
1 1/2 cups	297g / 10oz	Sugar
3		Eggs
3 tablespoons	45ml	Butter
1/2 tablespoon	7.5ml	Nutmeg
1 1/2 teaspoons	7.5ml	Vanilla
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Cinnamon - ground
1/2 cup	80g / 2.8oz	Raisins

Recipe Instructions

In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients. Pour in a greased bread pan and cook in the oven at 350F until a tooth pick stuck in the center comes out dry; Take it out of the oven cool well.

It can be made from 3 cups bread crumbs and 3 cups of milk also.
