Kelly Koleslaw Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Good mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lemon juice |
1/2 cup | 118ml | White vinegar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Celery seed |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Pepper |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Carrot - shaved with a (small) peeler |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Onion thinly sliced |
8 cups | 1896ml | Cabbage |
Mix the first 7 ingredients with a wisk. Add to the vegetables and toss. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Eat with pulled pork or fish.
