Barbeque sauce, hickory smoke flavor | ||
3 1/2 | Tomato sauce | |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Dry mustard |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Garlic powder |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Onion powder |
1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Brown sugar |
7 | Lemons - juiced | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1/2 cup | 164g / 5.8oz | White Kayo syrup |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Black pepper |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cayenne pepper |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Oil or margarine |
Mix all ingredients and heat thoroughly to blend flavors, maybe 15 minutes on lowest heat. Cool. Baste on meat last 10 minutes only, or serve with meat.
Keeps well in refrigerator.
