Jerry's Creamy Sweet And Green Cole Slaw

Recipe Ingredients

		Part A
1		Green cabbage
2		Celery
1		Size sweet onion - (Vidalias are good) (medium)
1		Granny Smith apple
		Part B
1 cup	237ml	Miracle Whip - (do not substitute)
1/2 cup	99g / 3.5oz	Sugar
3 tablespoons	45ml	Vegetable oil
2 1/4 tablespoons	33ml	White tarragon vinegar - (do not substitute)
2 teaspoons	10ml	(heaping) celery seed

Recipe Instructions

Dice the part "A" ingredients. Run them through a food processor and reduce in overall size to about a grain of rice. Combine the part "B" ingredients separately in a shallow mixing bowl.

Pour into the slaw mix and fold well. Refrigerate in an air-tight covered dish.
