Jalapeno Marinade Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | White wine |
8 oz | 227g | Diced jalapeno chilies |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Dried oregano leaves |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Olive oil |
Place 1/2 cup wine, chilies, oregano and 2 tbs. oil in blender or food processor fitted with the metal blade. Process until finely minced. Stir in remaining oil and wine. Makes about 2 1/4 cups.
