Jack Hunter's Peanut Butter Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Low fat peanut butter |
| 8 oz | 227g | Low fat cream cheese |
| 3/4 cup | 148g / 5.2oz | Powdered sugar |
| 12 oz | 340g | Low fat coolwhip |
| 1 | 8" graham cracker crust |
Beat the cream cheese until fluffy and add the remaining ingredients. Combine mixture well and pour into 8" graph cracker crust.
Chill for at least 2 hours and serve (it is so good)
