Honey Citrus Glaze & Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Ca frozen orange or tangerine juice | |
2/3 cup | 157ml | Honey |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Frank's Original Redhot Sauce |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Ground ginger |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Celery seed |
Combine all ingredients in small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook 15minutes or until thickened and reduced, stirring occasionally. Use sauce to glaze ham, ribs or chicken during last 30 minutes of cooking.
