Honey BBQ Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Vegetable oil vinegar |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Onion - minced |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh parsley - minced |
1 | Garlic - minced | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Honey |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Cayenne |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Cider or sherry wine tomato sauce |
Heat oil in medium skillet. Add onion and garlic and saute on medium - high heat until onion is transparent. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 5 min. Remove from heat. Makes 1 cup.
