8 | Green N.M. Chilies - roasted, peeled, seeded, chopped | |
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Left over brisket or pork - chopped |
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Onions - chopped (large) |
2 | Garlic - minced | |
2 | Tomatoes - chopped (small) | |
1 | Potato - diced (large) | |
1 | Beef broth |
Saute onion and add garlic. Then add chilies and tomatoes. Cook 5 minutes. Add broth and potatoes. Bring to boil and simmer 20 minutes. Add meat and simmer until potatoes and done.
And don't forget to order some red.
