Green Chile Stew

Recipe Ingredients

8   Green N.M. Chilies - roasted, peeled, seeded, chopped
2 lbs 908g / 32ozLeft over brisket or pork - chopped
2 lbs 908g / 32ozOnions - chopped (large)
2   Garlic - minced
2   Tomatoes - chopped (small)
1   Potato - diced (large)
1   Beef broth

Recipe Instructions

Saute onion and add garlic. Then add chilies and tomatoes. Cook 5 minutes. Add broth and potatoes. Bring to boil and simmer 20 minutes. Add meat and simmer until potatoes and done.

And don't forget to order some red.
