Green Bean Packages

Recipe Ingredients

  For Each Serving
8   Skinny green beans - stemmed
1 teaspoon 5mlMelted butter
  Salt and pepper
1   Bacon

Recipe Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 F Steam the beans for 4 minutes, or drop them in boiling water for the same amount of time. Drain them, dry them, and roll them in the butter. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place the bacon slice on a baking sheet lined with foil and arrange the beans in the middle of it. Fold the ends around the beans-or make a spiral of bacon running around the beans. Bake for 20 minutes and serve hot. Carbs: 3g each serving
