Ginger Baste For Pork

Recipe Ingredients

2/3 cup 106g / 3.7ozBrown sugar
2 tablespoons 30mlCornstarch
2 teaspoons 10mlFreshly grated ginger root
2   Cloves garlic - crushed
1/4 cup 59mlWine vinegar
2/3 cup 157mlSoy sauce
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlMSG - (Optional)

Recipe Instructions

Combine ingredients thoroughly until sugar is dissolved. Let stand for at least 1 hour to blend flavors before using. Stir well before brushing on pork during cooking.
