Five-Layer Pasta Salad

Recipe Ingredients

1   Shell macaroni - (7 ounces)
1 cup 237mlMayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlPepper
2   Garlic - crushed
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozShredded cheddar cheese - (4 ounces)
1/3 cup 20g / 0.7ozSliced green onions
3 cups 711mlBite size pieces lettuce
3 cups 187g / 6.6ozTomatoes chopped (large)
2 cups 292g / 10ozDiced cooked smoked ham

Recipe Instructions

Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain. Combine macaroni, mayo or salad dressing ( which ever you like), salt, pepper, garlic and onions, garlic power and onion powder. (didn't measure the garlic & onion powder)

Layer lettuce, tomatoes, ham, cheese and macaroni mixture in large clear bowl. Cover and refrigerate.

The recipe called for the lettuce to be the first layer, but I made it the last layer. Didn't want my lettuce to faint.
