Fish 'n Cuke Appetizers

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 lb 227g / 8ozSmoked fish
1/2 cup 118mlSour creme
2 teaspoons 10mlChopped chives
1 teaspoon 5mlTarragon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlDill weed
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlSalt
  Cucumber slices
  Pimento strips - (optional garnish)

Recipe Instructions

Remove skin and bones from fish. Flake the fish and combine with other ingredients, except cucumbers. Score cucumbers with fork and slice in rounds. Chill in ice water. At serving time drain and put a dab of fish mixture on each cuke. Decorate with pimento if desired.
