2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh rosemary leaves - chopped |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh sage leaves - chopped |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh thyme leaves - chopped |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Freshly ground black pepper |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Kosher salt |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Extra virgin olive oil |
Pat meat dry. In a small bowl combine all spices until well mixed. Coat meat with rub. Brush meat with olive oil.
