Fiorentina Rub

Recipe Ingredients

2 tablespoons	30ml	Fresh rosemary leaves - chopped
2 tablespoons	30ml	Fresh sage leaves - chopped
2 tablespoons	30ml	Fresh thyme leaves - chopped
4 tablespoons	60ml	Freshly ground black pepper
4 tablespoons	60ml	Kosher salt
4 tablespoons	60ml	Extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Instructions

Pat meat dry. In a small bowl combine all spices until well mixed. Coat meat with rub. Brush meat with olive oil.
