Edith's Sweet Potato Souffle (8x8 Pan)

Recipe Ingredients

3 cups 711mlMashed cooked sweet potatoes
3   Eggs
1 cup 198g / 7ozSugar - (or 1/2 cup)
1 tablespoon 15mlVanilla
1   Melted butter
  Topping
1/2   Margarine
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozSelf rising flour
1/2 cup 80g / 2.8ozBrown sugar
1/2 cup 118mlNuts - (pecan-walnuts)

Recipe Instructions

Mix together first five ingredients and pour into a pan sprayed with Pam.

Mix together topping ingredients with hands until crumbly.

Bake at 350F until top is brown and crisp.

Ingredients are doubled for a 9x13 pan.
