Eastern North Carolina-Style Barbeque Sauce - Schlesinger Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | 237ml | White vinegar |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Cider vinegar |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Crushed red pepper flakes |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Tabasco sauce |
| Salt - to taste | ||
| Freshly cracked black pepper | ||
| To taste |
Mix all ingredients together. Store in a covered jar in the refrigerator. Will keep for 2 months.
