4 cups | 948ml | Cider vinegar |
1/4 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Brown sugar |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Salt |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Red pepper flakes |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Cayenne |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Pepper |
Mix ingredients well and use as basting sauce.
