Eastern North Carolina BBQ Sauce With Onions

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups	474ml	Cider vinegar
1 tablespoon	15ml	Peppercorns
1 teaspoon	5ml	Celery seeds
1 teaspoon	5ml	Salt
1 tablespoon	15ml	Hot pepper flakes
1		Onion - grated
1 cup	237ml	Water

Recipe Instructions

Mix ingredients well and simmer for 15-20 minutes on low heat until onions are cooked through.
