Dry Rib Seasoning Recipe - Cooking Index
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Salt |
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Sugar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dry lemon powder |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | MSG |
2 1/2 tablespoons | 37ml | Black pepper |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Paprika |
Mix thoroughly. This recipe is for sprinkling on spareribs before barbecuing. Use heaping measures where mixing ingredients, and do not skimp when sprinkling on ribs.
