Doctor Dolan's Barbecue Rub

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup	80g / 2.8oz	Dark brown sugar
1/2 cup	99g / 3.5oz	Cane sugar
1/2 cup	118ml	Garlic salt
1/4 cup	15g / 0.5oz	Onion salt
3 tablespoons	45ml	Salt
1 tablespoon	15ml	Celery salt
1/4 cup	59ml	Chili powder
1/4 cup	59ml	Paprika
3 tablespoons	45ml	Black pepper
1 tablespoon	15ml	Cayenne
2 teaspoons	10ml	MSG
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Allspice - ground
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Oregano - dried
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Summer savory - dried

Recipe Instructions

Combine all the ingredients in a sifter and sift to blend well. Store in air-tight container.

Use on beef, lamb, pork, chicken, or fish.
