Deviled Turkey

Recipe Ingredients

  Turkey legs and wings - jointed
1 tablespoon 15mlPepper vinegar
1 tablespoon 15mlPrepared mustard
1 tablespoon 15mlCelery sauce
1 tablespoon 15mlAcid fruit jelly
  Salt and pepper - to taste
  Pounded crackers

Recipe Instructions

"Place the legs and wings (jointed) on a gridiron. Broil slowly. Have

ready a sauce made of -

1 tablespoon pepper vinegar, 1 tablespoon made mustard, 1 tablespoon celery sauce,

1 tablespoon acid fruit jelly.

A little salt and pepper.

Lay the broiled turkey on a hot dish. Pour the dressing and sift pounded cracker over it"
