Turkey legs and wings - jointed | ||
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Pepper vinegar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Prepared mustard |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Celery sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Acid fruit jelly |
Salt and pepper - to taste | ||
Pounded crackers |
"Place the legs and wings (jointed) on a gridiron. Broil slowly. Have
ready a sauce made of -
1 tablespoon pepper vinegar, 1 tablespoon made mustard, 1 tablespoon celery sauce,
1 tablespoon acid fruit jelly.
A little salt and pepper.
Lay the broiled turkey on a hot dish. Pour the dressing and sift pounded cracker over it"
