Corky's Cole Slaw Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Head of green cabbage - shredded (medium) | |
| 2 | Carrots - grated (medium) | |
| 1 | Green pepper - finely diced | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Onion - grated |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Mayonnaise |
| 3/4 cup | 148g / 5.2oz | Sugar |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Dijon mustard |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Cider vinegar |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Celery seeds |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | White pepper |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Franks or Texas Pete Hot Sauce - optional |
Mix vegetables in a bowl. Mix remaining ingredients in another. Mix together and toss well. Cover and refrigerate 3-4 hours.
