Corky's Cole Slaw Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Head of green cabbage - shredded (medium) | |
2 | Carrots - grated (medium) | |
1 | Green pepper - finely diced | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Onion - grated |
2 cups | 474ml | Mayonnaise |
3/4 cup | 148g / 5.2oz | Sugar |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Dijon mustard |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Cider vinegar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Celery seeds |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | White pepper |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Franks or Texas Pete Hot Sauce - optional |
Mix vegetables in a bowl. Mix remaining ingredients in another. Mix together and toss well. Cover and refrigerate 3-4 hours.
