Oven Barbecued Spare Ribs Recipe - Cooking Index

1 tablespoon | 15ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1 | Onion | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Brown sugar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fat or salad oil |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Water |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Lemon juice |
1 cup | 237ml | Chili sauce |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vinegar |
Place ribs in baking dish and bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes.
Chop onion; brown in fat or salad oil.
Add juice, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, water, chili sauce, salt and pepper if you wish.
Cook slowly 20 minutes.
Pour over ribs; continue baking 1 hour.
